Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
CielHem currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed clearly during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Time & Costs
Standard Shipping typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the delivery address. There is currently no free shipping promotion. The exact shipping fee will be itemized and visible on your order summary.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes. CielHem is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. CielHem has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay customs charges, we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any additional return shipping or handling fees incurred.
