Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CielHem website ( www.cielhem.com ) and purchasing our products (Tops, Skirts, Pants), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability

CielHem and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or any products purchased through it. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to CielHem for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use without any warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the CielHem website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of CielHem or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this site for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent. The "CielHem" name and logo, and all related product and service names, are proprietary trademarks of CielHem.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund to the original payment method.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
